Some Lenten Options
Butternut Squash Spinach Bread Pudding (Dairy)

Cream of Poblano Soup (Dairy)

Lemon, Garlic, Basil Halibut with Capers (Fish - you can use any firm white fish you like)
Creamy Ricotta Vegetable Noodles (Dairy) Make this in the oven unless you have to leave your home.
