Christ is Risen! The Lord is Risen Indeed! Alleluia!

We are still coping with leftovers. So, tonight's dinner is what was planned for last night. Some of the dishes planned for last week had to be shifted, so there are a few repeats this week, too. Eggs are plentiful right now, so we are eating a lot of them. We have been able to bless some other people with eggs, too, which is fantastic. If you live in the northern hemisphere, talk to the people you know with poultry, or find people who have poultry, because all the birds are laying right now.

It is a pretty busy week, with this upcoming weekend being extraordinarily busy, so we are navigating meals and activities and errands, many of which are conflicting or at the same time. Please pray for us.

Our "instant" orchard is well on its way, and it looks so pretty. It has been so encouraging to look out and see trees.

  Breakfast: Egg Burritos with Cheese and Salsa, Sliced Oranges, Milk and Coffee
  Dinner: Split Style Tuna, Croatian Potatoes, Croatian Style Marinated Cucumbers, Cheese Potica
• Tuesday - Feast of Saint Athanasius
  Breakfast: Fried Eggs and Toast, Sliced Apples, Milk and Coffee
  Dinner: Tray Kofta with Potatoes and Taratoor, Rice, Salad, Middle Eastern Orange Cake
• Wednesday
  Breakfast: Oatmeal with Raisins and Brown Sugar, Tea with Honey
  Dinner: Croatian Roux Soup with Croutons, Salad, Fruit Plate
• Thursday
  Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Toast, Fruit Plate, Milk and Coffee
  Dinner: Chicken and Chorizo Paella, Salad, Hot Chocolate Cookies
• Friday
  Breakfast: Peanut Butter Toast, Sliced Apples, Tea with Honey
  Dinner: Thai Shrimp Soup, Fruit Plate
• Saturday
  Breakfast: Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Bacon, Fruit, Milk and Coffee
  Dinner: Dinner with Friends
