Menu Plan: Third Sunday of Lent
We're now half way through Lent. This has been a challenging time for us. My Lent seems more imposed on me than chosen this year. Sometimes, I think God does this to help us grow in places we wish we could ignore.

Breakfast: Toast with Labneh, Za'atar and Olive Oil, Strawberries, Milk & Coffee
Dinner: Mustard Glazed Corned Beef, Colcannon, Roasted Rutabagas, Fennel and Onions, Strawberries and Cream - Monday Psalm 68:1-9, Genesis 37:3-28, 36, I Corinthians 9:15-27
Breakfast: Khoubs Araby (Pita Bread) with Labneh, Za'atar, Olive Oil, Sliced Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Tea with Honey
Dinner: Torteggas with Avocados, Sweet Peppers and Cilantro, Fruit Salad - Tuesday - Feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary - Psalm 8, Isaiah 7:10-15, Luke 1:26-38
Breakfast: Whole Wheat and Oat Breakfast Cake, Fruit Plate, Milk & Coffee

Breakfast: Polenta with Maple Syrup, Minneolas, Tea with Honey
Dinner: Potato Onion Galette with Three Cheeses, Salad, French Bread, Fruit Plate - Saturday Psalm 89:1-19, Genesis 43:1-5, 11-16, 26-34, I Corinthians 12:1-11
Breakfast: Autumn "Latkes", Fried Eggs, Milk & Coffee
Dinner: Eggplant and Tomato Gratin with Kalamata Olives and Feta, Salad
