Menu Plan Monday: August 11
We will be using a lot of the produce we picked up at the farmer's market this weekend in our meals this week. We'll also be using some of the produce from our garden as well. I have a repeat this week, as we moved things around last week.
Also, there is at least one meal that is subject to change, as our priest's wife is planning on sending us home with a meal at our Home Group, and it sounds like one other lady from church may also be bringing one for us.
- Monday: Cheesy Sausage & Pasta Bake, Salad
- Tuesday: Crockpot Chard & Corn Enchiladas (subbing the chard for the spinach, frozen roasted corn and
ground beefchicken for the meat), Black Beans, Mixed Greens with Roasted Beets & Goat Cheese - Wednesday: Grilled Salmon, Cous Cous, Ratatouille
- Thursday: African Chicken from the Freezer, Bulgur Pilaf, Sauteed Kale with Garlic, Cantaloupe
- Friday: Pasta with Olive Oil, Broccoli Raab, Anchovies, Garlic & Parmesan, Caprese Salad
- Saturday: Grilled Pizzas, Salad & Fruit
- Sunday: Carnitas, Roasted Tomato Salsa Rice, Pinto Beans with our church family. Others will be bringing salads, desserts, appetizers and drinks.
