Breakfast: Paschal Braided Bread, Pascha Cheese (made with monkfruit), Scotchicanese Eggs (Jerome's made with homemade sausage with no sugar in it and no breading), Strawberries and Sliced Oranges, Hot Chocolate (with a pot for Jerome, sweetened with monkfruit) and Coffee with Chantilly Cream
Dinner: Green Lamb*, Hummus, Baba Ghanooj, Muhamarrah, Tabbouleh, Waraq 'Ounab (leaving the rice out of a portion of the grape leaf filling for Jerome), Harissa, Sah'awiq, Duqqus, Fatayir bi Sabanich, Fatayir bil Joubneh, Sambousak, Laban bi Chiyar, Khoubz Araby, Vegetable and Olive Tray (with Kalamata Olives, Green Baladi Olives, and Feta Stuffed Green Olives and Marinated Peppers), Red Eggs*, Tourshi, Baq'lawa, Gatayif, Sugar-Free Faux Pots de Crème (for Jerome, we found some monkfruit sweetened chocolate chips that we are using in this), Grain and Sugar Free Chocolate Cake (also for Jerome), Red Wine, Sheherazades (a pitcher), and Mexican Coca Colas - Monday
Breakfast: Leftover Desserts, Leftover Scotchicanese Eggs, Fruit, Cocoa and Coffee
Dinner: Leftovers - Tuesday
Breakfast: Creamed Eggs, Toast Fingers (none for Jerome), Fruit Plate, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Souvlaki, Grilled Vegetable Skewers, Herbed Cous Cous (Cauliflower Rice for Jerome), Almond Coconut Cake - Wednesday
Breakfast: Shakshouka, Fruit, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Koubbat Battatas, Rice (Cauliflower Rice for Jerome), Sah'awiq, Harissa, Loubiyeh bi Zeit, Leftover Desserts - Thursday
Breakfast: 'Ijja (using tapioca starch in place of flour), Leftover Khoubz, Sliced Radishes, Kalamata Olives, Fruit, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Thai Peanut Chicken, Jasmine Rice (Cauliflower Rice for Jerome), Orange Glazed Cookies (Leftover Almond Coconut Cake for Jerome) - Friday
Breakfast: Farmer Breakfast Casserole with Seasoned Ground Beef, Fruit Plate, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Dinner from the Monastery Bakery and Café - Saturday
Breakfast: Cottage Cheese with Za'atar, Chopped Tomatoes and Cucumbers, and Kalamata Olives, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Mustard Glazed Corned Beef (using Jerome's monkfruit golden sugar), Colcannon, Leftover Desserts
