Menu Plan: September 25 - October 1
Speaking of illness, but not serious, we have been fighting off a small cold for the past few days and have finally succumbed. We're not terribly sick, and we're handling it fairly well, but we would appreciate your prayers for a quick recovery.

Dinner: Peruvian Chicken (second recipe), Simple Rice Pilaf with Toasted Almonds, Tomato Cucumber Salad, Watermelon - Monday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Pears and Cinnamon Sugar, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Lamb Stew with Eggplant and Garbanzo Beans, Herbed Cous Cous, Poached Pears with Vanilla Sauce - Tuesday
Breakfast: Autumn Latkes, Fried Eggs, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Barbecue Beans, Cornbread, Watermelon - Wednesday
Breakfast: Pumpkin Granola (no flax seeds and dried cranberries instead of raisins) with Yogurt and Honey, Mint Tea with Honey
Dinner: Summer Vegetable Strata, Cabbage Salad - Thursday - Michaelmas
Breakfast: Blackberry Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Indian Summer Gratin, Michaelmas Dragon with Pear and Dried Cranberry Filling - Friday
Breakfast: Organic Blueberry Poptarts, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Mixed Tomato Cobbler with Parmesan Crust, Cabbage Salad, Lion Cupcakes for St. Jerome's Day - Saturday
Breakfast: Slow Cooker Rice Pudding with Pears and Dried Cranberries Leftover from Michaelmas Dragon, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Pork and Green Bean Stir Fry, Fried Rice, Watermelon
