Menu Plan: September 12 - September 18
It may look like there are a lot of involved meals here, but it's not as complicated as it appears. Many of them are provided from earlier prep or friends who have brought over meals that we have in the freezer. The others have been made in parts or will be made by the oldest members of our family, with a little direction from me.

Breakfast: Cheese Toast, Sliced Asian Pears, Milk, Coffee
Dinner: Casserole of Leftover Pork, Rice and Corn, Sliced Watermelon - Monday
Breakfast: Toasted Raisin Bagels, Cream Cheese, Sliced Asian Pears, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Tender and Crisp Chicken with Sweet Tomatoes, Penne, Cubed Cantaloupe and Watermelon - Tuesday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples, Walnuts and Cinnamon Sugar, Milk, Coffee
Dinner: Spice Rubbed Tri-tip Roast, Bolitas with Bacon and Chorizo*, Roasted Corn, Fruit Salad - Wednesday
Breakfast: Egg, Cheese and Salsa Breakfast Burritos, Plums, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Summer Vegetable Strata (we really liked this), Sliced Nectarines - Thursday
Breakfast: Toast and Almond Butter, Sliced Nectarines and Plums, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Gumbo from the freezer, Rice, Scallions and Hot Pepper Vinegar, Fruit Salad - Friday
Breakfast: Yogurt, Honey and Granola, Milk and Coffee
Dinner: Ratatouille and Pasta from the freezer, Garlic Bread, Fruit Salad - Saturday
Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes with Maple Syrup, Milk, Coffee
Dinner: Steak Diane, Herbed Rice Pilaf, Sauteed Kale with Garlic, Baked Apples
