Breakfast: Toad in the Hole, Milk
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese, Garlic Bread, Salad - Friday
Breakfast: Almond Butter Toast, Frozen Fruit Salad, Milk
Dinner: Black Beans, Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Salsa and Corn Tortillas - Saturday
Breakfast: Fried Eggs and Toast, Milk, Coffee
Dinner: Black Bean, Zucchini and Onion Quesadillas, Salsa Rice
