Menu Plan Monday: April 27

I'm still trying to cook predominately out of our freezer and pantry. We have a whole lot of food here, so this is a good way for us to save money. Though I spent a whole lot of money this past week stocking up on things like beans, rice, cereals like rolled oats and steel cut oats, sugars and salt. I'm trying to stock the pantry with things that store well for a long time and empty out our freezer as much as I can for the present.

We will likely know by tomorrow if our big changes are coming. Please continue to pray with us for direction and clarity.
If you want a recipe, ask and I will provide it as soon as I can.
What is on your menu this week?

I think that Carrie isn't doing the freezer and pantry clean out challenge any more, but it is kind of fun to see what we are using up that we didn't have to buy. Anything from the freezer, pantry or fridge that was not bought specifically for this meal or this past week will be included in my lists.
