- Monday: Grilled Herbed Lamb over Sauteed Kale & Garlic, Herbed Cannellini Beans, Tabbouleh
- Tuesday: Hamburger Stew, Pain de Mie, Salad
- Wednesday: Mejeddarah, Crisp Onions, Yogurt, Salad
- Thursday: Braised Lamb Shanks, Sauteed Summer Squash with Oregano and Garlic, Cous Cous
- Friday: Vegetarian Albondigas Soup (nutball soup!), Olive Oil Bread
- Saturday: Homemade Pizza, Salad, Fruit
- Sunday: Slow Cooker Choucroute Garni & Pumpernickel Bread

Shepherd's Pie tonight. Probably that fake baked chicken and rice sometime this week. Chili. Other than that, I have no plans.
Cooked for Lucy all weekend, though -- made raspberry applesauce (applemash, really) with ginger and cinnamon and allspice. Baked butternut squash with ginger and cumin. Carrots with ginger.
