Menu Plan Monday: May 18
- Monday: Chard & Sausage Soup from the Freezer (we hope the stove will not explode this time), Whole Wheat Rolls, Salad
- Tuesday: Baked Rigatoni with Chicken, Peppers and Red Sauce
- Wednesday: Dinner Out
- Thursday: Dinner Out
- Friday: Potato, Pepper & Onion Frittata, Salad
- Saturday: Braised Brisket, Egg Noodles, Swiss Chard & Cauliflower Gratin
- Sunday: Chili (made with leftover brisket) & Vallarta Beans, Cornbread
